Our Policies

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations and no-shows are charged because that appointment time is reserved just for you and can’t be filled last minute. We always do our best to fill your appointment from the waitlist to avoid a fee. The earlier you let us know, the better chance we have. Missed appointments = lost income. This policy helps protect their time and keeps our schedule running smoothly for everyone.

Running late? Let us know. We’ll do our best, but we may need to adjust your service to stay on schedule.
